I have been involved in the finance, mortgage broking, and property sectors for over 20 years in both Australia and New Zealand. Eight of those years were spent delivering 50 educational Property Investment and Superannuation Seminars per year for one of Australia's largest Credit Unions. This experience provided a valuable insight into the performance of Real Estate markets in multiple regions and access to specialist expert knowledge in all fields of Property Investing.

My focus is on educating clients on the importance of financial literacy as a key component to enhancing and diversifying their income stream and wealth creation. By doing this, my clients benefit from additional knowledge, skills and expertise that are often overlooked by investment companies.

Having grown up in Central Australia and spent significant time in regional Australia and New Zealand, I found many friends and family were selecting investment choices they were familiar with instead of investments that performed well. When they looked for investments in areas they were unfamiliar with, they didn't always get exactly what they needed. I've spent many years working for large property investment companies. Growth Portfolios were born from a desire to ensure clients were getting what they were being promised, personalised investments.

Too often, investment companies lose the ability to create truly unique strategies for their clients as they need to have their clients fit the property they have available. They simply don't have the time to find the right solution for everyone, so a near enough good enough solution is often provided.
